General Description:
The Identity Access Management Developer is responsible for demonstrating Parrish Healthcare's Culture of Choice®, for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's IAM infrastructure. The Identity Access Management Developer focuses on securing and controlling access to critical systems, applications, and data while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures, safeguarding the organization from potential security breaches and unauthorized access. The position shall exemplify the desired Culture of Choice® and philosophies of Parrish Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy identity and access management solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO) mechanisms.
  • Implement and maintain IAM policies, workflows, and procedures to ensure effective access control and data protection.
  • Work with application developers and system administrators to integrate IAM solutions into various systems and applications.
  • Conduct IAM audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor IAM systems for security incidents and respond to any potential breaches or threats.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to resolve access-related issues and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management to maintain a robust security posture.
  • Lead the integration effort of IAM solutions with other security and IT systems.
  • Assist in compliance assessments and audits to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Knows fire, disaster and safety procedures and regulations as it pertains to the work area.
  • Performs similar or related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Formal Education:
  • Bachelor's degree is required (A combination of experience and certifications may be considered).

Work Experience:
  • 3 years to < 5 years

  • 2 of the following are required within one (1) year of employment:
    • Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) [Security Operations Certified (GSOC),
    • Security Professional (GISP), Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)],

    • Certified Red Flag Specialist (CRFS),
    • Certified in Data Protection (CDP)],
    • Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) [Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA),
    • Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE)],
    • EC-Council [Disaster Recovery Professional (E|DRP)],
    • Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) [Certified Windows Security Administrator (GCWN)],
    • International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) [Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)],
